Todd Benedict, CSP
Todd Benedict is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and the founder of Zero Harm Institute. He has spent much of his career inside plants, warehouses and production floors, working with the supervisors and leaders who make safety real, or don’t, one shift at a time.
He is the author of Safety at the Top, The Space Between Rules and Trust and Building the System That Keeps People Alive, and creates safety training videos for manufacturing and general industry.
His work starts from a simple belief: the people closest to the hazard usually know about it first. Good safety leadership makes it safe for them to say so, and makes sure someone with the power to act actually hears it.
